How to Sand a Wooden Floor - Page 5Time to continue working. For wooden boards and parquet floors you will normally sand three more times. Use a grit 80 sanding belt first, then grit 100 and finally grit 120. If you have floorboards with gaps larger than 2 to 3 mm, leave the gaps as they are. Each time the edges are sanded it should be with the same grit of paper as used when sanding with the drum sander. |
